Skyland Church Youth Group The Skyland Church youth group was established to provide social and community-service opportunities for middle- and high-school students from the community around Skyland Church. Our goal is to provide a way for teenagers to connect while they are still in middle school and continue those connections as they continue on into high school when mountain connections are sometimes diluted or lost. 
Core activities are the annual Advent Sunday event, participation in the Christmas pageant, running the Easter Egg hunt, and delivering the Mothers Day service. Other activities have included beach bonfires, movie night/sleepovers at the church, and helping with the Harvest Festival or road cleanup for community service. The group is open to all, and we seek youth input in planning our activities. Current leaders are Kim Gautho and Gina Adams. Here are some photos from previous events: |
