The meeting was called to order by Nancy Jo at 7:30 p.m.

Members volunteered for the following duties:

Liturgist : 8/13 – Mike M.

8/20 – Jennifer

8/27 – Larry C.

9/3 – T’Shala

Communion – Sept. 3 – Julie V. will bring bread

Mike, Jan, Nancy Jo and Julie will serve Communion

COLLECTION – It was agreed that the liturgist will ask two people to take collection before Sunday service.

PEW CARDS –Nancy Jo said that she has gotten positive responses to the new pew cards. She will change Stephen’s picture.

POLICY ON IN-CARE RELATIONSHIPS – The document was edited by Carolyn and approved by Deacons. Stephen will send it out to all affected parties. Deacons will finalize it at the September meeting and present it to the Council.

SERMONS ON-LINE – Richard reported that it was going well.

PATRICIA WOODS has requested an “in-care” letter of support as she begins her ministerial training at PSR. She will come to the September meeting.

Next meeting is Sept. 12 at 7:30p.m. The following meeting will be 7:00, Oct. 3, a dinner meeting, at the Lopp’s.
