MINISTERIAL SUBSTITUTES – needed for May. 28 and June 25.

BUDGET – The following budget was approved to be submitted to the Trustees:

1.Deacons discretionary fund - $600

includes gifts to minister, Sunday school teachers, intern support

2.Ministerial Substitutions - $600

3.Printing - $200

4.Intern Fund – to be brought up to $4000 for the ’06-’07 term

INTERN AND 4-WAY COVENANT POLICY – Richard presented a first draft of policy. Discussion followed. Larry C. reported that Pastoral Relations is considering their role in supporting and mediating issues between members and ministers. Carolyn will check with other churches to find out how they provide support for interns and members in a 3 or 4-way covenant.
