Maire Howard called the meeting to order at Fern Thompson’s home.

MINUTES: The minutes from the February meeting were distributed.

OLD BUSINESS:

1. KITCHEN REMODEL: The remodel plans were discussed. Layne Howard showed a presentation of the proposed remodel. Jim Bowen moved that we email trustees for a vote on approval on a contractor.

2. BUDGET:

A. CONSECRATING STEWARDS: We have three witnessing stewards. Stephen asked for one more.

B. LETTER TO THE CONGREGATION: Jim Bowen and Larry Lopp will compose this letter to be sent out March 19th.

C. VOLUNTEER TO WORK ON THE BUDGET: Brendan Pratt will work with Gerry Alonzo on logistics for the budget. Requests from church committees will be gathered.

D. CONSECRATING SUNDAY: The new date for Consecrating Sunday will be March 26th.

NEW BUSINESS:

l. MP3 PLAYER: Larry Lopp received permission to purchase a MP3 player to record sermons for the web site.

2. CALENDAR: Work is in progress for a church calendar.

3. WORK DAY: April 8th will be our spring work day. We will request church members to help.

Next regular meeting will be a 7 P.M. on Thurs., April 13th.
