Marcia called the meeting to order at 12:00. Stephen opened with a prayer.

Choir Recognition - 6/20 - Christina will prepare a "card" for people to sign.

Phone Tree - Stephen will make a list of people without email. This will result in a much shorter phone tree!

New Member Sunday - will re-visit in the fall.

Request for series on contemplative prayer. Stephen will look into scheduling a 3-session series on contemplative prayer - based on the session that he gave at Asilomar this year.

Harvest Festival bags - Marcia will order 150 bags to give out at HF. Yael, Christina and Glenda will choose a design to print on the bags.

Shakespeare Santa Cruz - Stephen and Yael will look into possible dates for a group outing to one of the performances this summer. This would be open to anyone interested.

Christina mentioned that Mountain Art Camp will held at Skyland Church the week of June 21.
