The minutes were approved. Terry Clark was commended on taking the minutes for the February meeting.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Annual budget: It was decided to delay the proposed budget until after our annual pledge drive.
2. Carpenter ants: Stephen Glauz-Todrank reported that there have been no new signs of carpenter ants. We will clear an area next to the church of plants that may be touching the church.
3. Stuccoing the bell tower: We decided not to stucco the bell tower. It was felt that the old charm of the base of the bell tower would be gone.
4. Asphalting: It was decided to delay the asphalting repairs until after we have installed the fire hydrant.
5. Electrical: It was reported that the new heaters in the women’s and men’s bathroom blow a circuit when both are turned on. Lynn Nixon suggested that the heater in the men’s restroom be moved to Stephen Glauz-Todrank’s office. The trustees agreed.
TREASURER’S REPORT:
Jerry Alonzo handed out a financial report for February, 2005. He explained various features in the report.
