April Missions Minutes

Attending: Harold Hoyt, Nancy Jo Lopp, Linda Heyes, Larry Lopp, Bill Colbran,

Anne Evans and Jennifer Busam, Missing Angela Paterson and Jan Parker.

Opening Prayer

A wonderful meal again at Linda Heyes. Thanks you so much for hosting.

The meeting was devoted to Skyland Run. A lot was discussed including

raising the price for day of runners to $30. There was a list reviewed of

what needs to be done with publicity and printing. There will be other

meetings with Anne, Paula, Jennifer and Bill to organize and review

procedures. Jan Parker and Anne are going to take cards to Girls on the Run.

Bill gave a report for Angela about the book drive in May. Books going to

African Shoes and Fiji. Thanks Angela you are so inspiring.

Bread for the World was discussed. Steven recommend the 23rd of May

As a open Sunday. Jan Parker is the lead on this.

Agenda for May Meeting.

Meeting is at Jan Parkers 6-8 directions. 21445 Roaring Water Way, Los Gatos (aldercroft heights area) this Monday at 6:00. I mapquested the directions from Loma Prieta School and they seem accurate. I would suggest carpooling, as my road is narrow and parking is somewhat limited. Stephen knows where I live, so he will be a good resource. If you happen to be coming from downtown, you will want to take the Bear Creek/Black Road exit, and cross over the freeway to Old Santa Cruz Highway, rather than having to turn across traffic on Idylwild.
