Communion on 6/6: Ruth will bring bread and set up. Jennifer, Glenda and two others will serve.

* Plans for birthday party on 5/9, were firmed and coordinated with Jackie, chair of Women's Group. Decorations, cake and cards have been arranged. Jackie will send e-mail to remind people to bring food. Jennifer is arranging musical program.

* Plans for Patricia Wood's graduation celebration were discussed. Fern will arrange cake and flowers.

* Julie will lead plans for choir recognition on 6/20. More discussion of plans next meeting. Discussion of flowers as appropriate recognition considering their cost and fragility.

* Stephen will coordinate plans for student and teacher recognition on 6/13.

* Financial support for youth attending Asilomar was approved.

* Discussion of phone tree vs e-mail. Do we need phone tree as it stands? Will continue discussion next meeting.

* New member Sunday will be discussed next meeting.
