T'Shala briefed the deacons regarding changes in her 4-Way Covenant. She is currently employed as Bereavement Coordinator/Chaplain at Odyssey Healthcare of Northern California. She shared copies of her Ministry Covenant and Letter of Call. Her installing council is planned for April 18 at UCC San Jose. Stephen will lead a worship committe to help plan the service. Yael and Ruth will serve on this committee, which will meet on Mar. 7. Stephen will notify Margaretta (choir) and Jackie (women's group) to ask their assistance with music and refreshments. It was MSP to approve the new 4-Way Covenant.

Communion - 3/7 Jennifer will ask Casey Clark to bake bread and ask youth to serve Communion.

Coffee hour on 2/28 - Reception for Sally Mitchell. Ruth is hosting. All deacons are asked to bring treats. Women's group will also be bringing treats.

Budget planning - Stephen suggested that we allocate money to send youth delegates to the annual meeting in Asilomar. We will look more closely at the budget during the next meeting.
