These minutes have been approved. No further changes to these minutes will be permitted.

Submitted by: Larry Cooke

Attendees:

  • Gene Geist
  • John Seckinger
  • Terry Leary
  • Larry Cooke
  • Gerry Alonzo
  • Stephen Glauz-Todrank

Summary: YTD revenue is ~4K in the black. Other business: fixing the broken side window in downstairs Whitiker Hall, shaving the Bay burl, Tuning the Piano, selling a wine donation, and fixing the stain glass window leak when wheather permits.

Details

Larry opened the meeting at 7:45. The minutes from January were reviewed and approved.

Gerry Alonzo provided the Treasurers Report for January. While the hall rental is below expectations, the rest, given the unexpected pledge are above expectation and the YTD revenue is still ~4K in the black.

New Business:

Someone broke one of the side windows in downstairs Whitiker Hall. Nothing appears to be taken, but the window glass needs replacing Larry agreed to call Brothers for an estimate to fix the window.

After the Old business Terry brought up tuning the piano in the Church. Gerry agreed to get a church member, who is a piano tuner to tune the piano. Terry asked if a friend could take some of the bay burl. The trustees agreed, and told Terry to let his friend know.

Stephen said a member wanted to donate ~$5K worth of wine to the church. John Seckinger agreed to ask his wife , who is a sommelier, to appraise it and find buyers for the good bottles. The trustees agreed and requested John work with Stephen to maximize the return on the donation.

Old Business

With regard to the annual meeting, Larry mentioned the Annual report for the trustees and the Harvest festival was attached for their review.

We continued the discussion about the bathroom heaters. We asked Gerry for the receipts, and Gerry said he thought Larry Lopp had them, though the issue seems resolved with the pipes which have solidified their temporary duct tape condition.

Larry Cooke agreed to notify the Trustees before the first weekend after the Super Bowl that is forecast to be clear, so that the articulated arm and Lexan (on plexiglass) may be rented and purchased prior to the weekend, for use to fix the leak in the stain glass window on top of the church. We would use the articulated "cherry picker" arm to also clean the roofs at this time.

Other

The meeting was adjourned at 8:45pm.

The next meeting is Thursday 3/4/10 at 7:30pm.
