The meeting was called to order at 12:20. Stephen opened with a prayer.

Ruth will bring bread. Marcia will help with set up. Ruth, Marcia, Jennifer and Don will serve communion.

Memorial Committee - Don reported that plans for the Memorial Garden had been submitted to the trustees, who were enthusiastic.

New Member Sunday will be Jan.17. Prospective members will meet with deacons at the Jan. deacons meeting.

Christina has agreed to chair deacons for next year. Marcia and Jennifer will serve as back-up.
