The meeting was called to order at 11:45 by Marcia. Stephen opened with a prayer.

Housekeeping was assigned as follows:

Christina will work on getting liturgists lined up for the above dates. (with the exception of 11/8, when Julie is liturgist.)

Julie will set up for communion on 12/6. Bread and juice are already in the kitchen.

Communion hosts for 12/6 are Julie, Christina, Max and Don.

The Teaching Parish Committee met with Yael. They plan on meeting the second Friday afternoon of each month from 3:30-5:30.

New Member Sunday will be postponed until there is a larger pool of candidates.

Plans were discussed for the Deacon Potluck on 11/15. Christina volunteered to decorate and make names for the tables.

Assignments were made for hosting coffee hour as follows:

12/6 Marcia - this is Advent Event and we will probably not need a lot of food

12/13 Ruth and Jennifer

12/20 potluck - women's group

12/27 Glenda and Don

1/3 Julie and Bruce

1/10 Christina and Ruth

Julie will change the altar cloth for Advent.
