Minutes of the July meeting were approved with the change in the August meeting date.

Patricia Wood gave us an "In-Care Update Report" about how she has spent her past year at Pacific School of Religion. She also shared her vision about the kind of work she feels called to do.

Harvest Festival - Glenda showed how to decorate the bags to be handed out at HF and distributed kits for same.

Deacons signed up to help in the welcome booth for HF.

Intern - Yael Lachman will begin on 9/13. Jennifer will prepare a special treat to welcome her at coffee hour. Stephen will get a Teaching Parish Committee for her support. Marcia and Ruth would both like to serve on that committee.

Nov. Potluck - is hosted by Deacons. We will discuss at the next meeting.

New Member Sunday is set for Nov. 15.
