Summary: Deacons met with prospective new members and housekeeping tasks were assigned. Details The meeting was called to order by Marcia at 12:05 p.m. Stephen opened with a prayer.
We met with prospective new members who will join next Sunday, June 21.
The May minutes were approved as written.

We decided that the Deacon of the Day could pass out bulletins and should arrive about 10:20. The liturgist will choose 2 people to collect offering. Christina will email liturgists to remind them of this.
Communion - July 5 - picnic Max will ask Kacie Clark to bring bread. (He will bring it, if she cannot.)
Marcia reported on the UCC conference meeting at Asilomar.
Marcia will order bags for Harvest Festival. Glenda shared a design for the bags that was approved by all.
