Treasurers Report

The pledges and offerings are behind the YTD budget by $2,009. The year to date income is about $1,139 ahead in total.

Disbursements were under YTD by $4,196.

The net total for everything is $5,335 under budget, year to date.

New Business:

Plants – Joan Law requested funding for 2 trees in 15 gallon pots and soil and labor to plant the trees. $250 was approved.

2009-2010 Budget – Shed needs attention as it has rotting beams and a leaning wall. Shed is on cinder block now and needs a poured foundation. Estimated cost of materials was put at $3,500. This amount will be added to the non-utility portion of the 2010 Budget request. Mike suggested to use some of the excess wood from Harvest Festival for forms for the new foundation.

Sanctuary Leak – there is a water leak at the small, high stained glass window that is more noticeable on windy days.

Brian volunteered to contact ServiceMagic.com to get quotes for the repair as they are licensed and bonded.

Kick plate – Larry C needs a 42 inch kick plate for the door between the chair storage and Whitaker hall. The door stop keeps punching thru the hollow door.

Need shield for light on corner of Sanctuary – DONE. Brian 3/6/09.

Add small CFL dusk to dawn fixture on the west side of Whitaker to light the walkway to the deck.

Old Business:

One Lighted Exit signs with re-chargeable battery backup was found to have a defective battery. This battery has been order 3/6/09 and is due in about 2 wks.

Pledge Committee Support - Stephen suggested that the Trustee’s support the pledge committee with the letters and phone calls, etc. Letters need to go out in March.
