The minutes from the previous meeting were approved.

The proposed budget was approved with two revisions. A $1000 item was included for Camps and Conferences. The allowance for pastoral substitutes was increased from $400 to $450.
Conferences & Camps $1000 Copying 100 Publishing 100 Supplies 400 Gifts & Flowers 400 Pastor Substitutes 450 Seminary Student 1150 Total $3600
A description of the Liturgist's duties was distributed. Christina suggested that members of the congregation, other than Deacons, would probably like to serve as Liturgist. The Deacons agreed and Christina volunteered to coordinate this activity.
During " Other Business" it was suggested that the church pews needed refinishing. David has made some repairs and volunteered to apply a coat of non-allergenic oil.
The official church membership list was approved.
