3. BCS must take ownership of paying for postal and Kinkos charges for

   newsletter

4. People in nursery want to hear the sermon. Sarah suggested "baby

   monitor."

5. Need additional mics to record choir.

6. Larry: suggested we project the bulliten on a large screen during

   service, to show songs, prayers, etc.

7. Larry opened discussion about making sure people who are hard of

   hearing can listen to the sermons. Eg: speakers in pews, or headets,

   or...

8. We should determine the cost of the web hosting and surfnet, then add that to

   the budget, recognize these as proper donations, and issue receipts to

   donors. Nancy Jo will write thank you notes to Mark Morgenthal and

   Andy Schwabecker. These are budget items that are covered by donations.

9. HOWTO Document Repository

   John G setup a process to embed an original document inside a PDF

   generated by another application.

   John G and Mike will be the HOWTO gatekeepers. If a document

   needs updating, the original will be available from PDF, then

   update, then send to John/Mike who will regenerate the PDF and

   re-embed the original document.

   This will force us to standardize on PDF, which will eliminate

   some people who don't have PDF readers.

   Mike will send out a general announcement soliciting HOWTO docs

   from committees and members at large. Then John and Mike will

   Larry will submit many HOWTO docs to John/Mike.

10. New members need bits turned on to receive newsletter and being on

    the notify list.

11. Nancy Jo has a bunch of photos of new members. She will send to

    Lou M. to post these.

12. Should we add Lou as an unofficial member of BCS?
