Present: Stephen Glauz-Todrank, Wes Smith, Jim Bowen, Larry Lopp, Gerry Alonzo, Mike Mahrle, Peggy Johnson, Mike Overson (new member)
1) Minutes from December, 2008 meeting were approved. 2) Gerry gave the Treasurer’s report. Offerings have increased and pledges are on target. 3) Old Business: Gerry and Lou finished putting gutter screening on the church gutters. The toilet seat cover containers will be mounted on the wall. 4) “To-do� list for incoming and remaining Trustees was discussed. Will include: • Church fan control change • Ceiling fan in Whittaker Hall • Sound system in Whittaker Hall and the church • Whittaker Hall mercury vapor lamp replacement • Fix outside sanctuary light • Shed support beam replacement • Larry will check whether the Summit fire victims can use the lumber and plywood; otherwise, the wood will be converted to kindling 5) General maintenance list will be generated by Jim (such as checking the water level in the tank, checking/maintaining the fire extinguishers, ringing the church bell on Sundays, etc.)
