Jim will ask the Women’s Group to provide written recommendations regarding the toilet seat covers. B. There will be a clean up next Saturday from 9AM till noon. Stephen sent out an email during the meeting requesting help from the congregation. Lou discussed amount of gutter cover roll would be needed. It comes in 200ft rolls and will likely need 20 rolls at a cost of $100. We will also need 2 extension ladders. Whittaker Hall will be priority for gutter work. C. Wes bought new striper and will do blue handicapped striping on Saturday. D. The tree was taken out of the corner area by the church. The area is ready to be black topped. Gina has asked about obtaining cleaning services. Jim will call the Perry’s to see about cleaning after events. The carpet in the church also needs cleaning.
4. Site Plan updates A. Jim said that the consensus is that the irrigation plan should be done first and the bell tower work will be done next, followed by the stairway to the nursery. The path to the lower area of Whittaker Hall will completed after status of the adjoining piece of property is determined. The memorial area needs further clarification. B. Scott Skillicorn will give more feedback re: relocation of water tank, propane tank, and trash. C. The storage area under the nursery could be upgraded without a lot of cost.
