The meeting began with a prayer led by Stephen.

Gina opened the meeting.

Gerry presented the budget for next year. At their meeting in April, the council had anticipated a lack in funds for next year due to the lower number of pledges made by the congregation. Therefore they had proposed some changes in the budget. However, since the pledges actually exceeded the amount expected,(49 pledges this year) Gerry was able to reestimate the budget and presented a revised budget to the congregation. Gerry moved to accept the proposed budget. Paula Leary seconded the motion. The congregation voted unanimously to accept the budget as proposed.
