1.The meeting began at 7:35pm with an opening prayer by Stephen.

2.April minutes were approved after clarification that Marcia will ask Gerry Alonzo to approve $400 for Patricia's testing.

3.Larry Lopp, from the trustees, asked for input from the deacons regarding the memorial walk. After discussion it was decided that Larry Cooke would be the deacon representative to the site committee. Richard Lyness will check with the county and state regarding regulations that apply. The memorial committee will determine the nature and purpose of the memorial walk.

5. Larry Cooke will ask T'Shala to provide vacation coverage for Stephen on 6/29. Coverage for August sabbatical to be discussed next meeting.

6. A prayer shawl, card, and cake will be provided

to commemorate Moira's last Sunday, 6/1. Larry Cooke will get a journal for everyone to write in.

Don will get flowers to present to teachers and superintendent for children's and teachers' Sunday, 6/8. Plans for choir appreciation Sunday will be discussed next meeting.

7. There was a brief discussion of a possible deacons' booth at the Harvest Festival with reusable bags possibly being sold.

8. Next meeting will be Sunday, 6/8, after church.
