Meeting was called to order on April 8th at 7:40.

Old Business:

Mike has ordered proper film to make office door private.

He hopes to install it sometime this month.

Printer: Mike has installed printer and will have it connected to computer. Will check out drivers and make sure they are working

Training Steven: He is set up with Gmail and he seems Ok for now.

New Business

Training Members. We talked about possibly getting a questionnaire on what peoples needs are. Putting hints or directions in Newsletter. Have people sign up in newsletter or in Church. Demos of website in Church. John G is the lead for this project. John W is going to be asked what the hits are on the newsletter page.

Before Training: Get computer running, eathernet computer if needed: Larry lead . Install wireless Larry Lead.

Need a mechanism to get a password.

Calendar: Nancy Jo will do April-May- June for flowers on Calendar. John G. will check on how to make repeats easy.

Documents on Line: Test PDF file with attachments. John G and John W.

Removing non members from data base. Send to Deacons Nancy Jo.

Discussion of Future of Website and who is getting trained to maintain when John W is no longer webmaster. As of now that would be John Gaffney and Mike Mahrle.

• Discussion of how we make routine Changes. Now if you want to change data information you can only do it with your own information. L:arry talk about new features we may want and refinement.

• John Gaffney suggested that committee mailing lists be made up by the members adding themselves to the committee.

Address book printing will be done with Acrobat 8 of which Nancy Jo is working on. Clearing up date differences between Wes’s database and the Webs. Nancy Jo will have a prototype done for council meeting hopefully.
