Summary: We summarized and discussed the years many accomplishments and had an end of the year luncheon.

Devotional was given by Dorothy Ellis who read a beautiful poem she wrote in school: Life is like a Flower. Then she read from Psalms121.

Minutes from last month were approved: by Nancy Jo Lopp and Fern Thompson seconded the motion. Del Marle has agreed to continue as Secretary next year.

Treasurers Report: Diane Cooke reported that we have $928.13 in the bank. Mary has agreed to be the next Treasurer, with help from Brenda to put it all on quick books. Diane has done a terrific job! Thank you Diane!

Brenda will bring some old Womens Group photos and bank statements to the October 2nd meeting. We will look through the box and decide what we will keep for the history archives of the church.

Sunshine cards: We decided to send a card to Joyce Haworth to brighten her day. We also sent our High School Seniors each a card. Cards went out to Jimmy Jatho, David Cooke, Jesse Cole, and Julia Selfridge.

Food Pantry: Jean Tillman has been supplying the food pantry every month. Janis says she and Wes can handle delivering any extra food to a charity. Nancy Jo said there hasnt been any extra for several months as we are supplying about six individuals.
