EVALUATION of new Communion method - Bread should be divided in 3 pieces, so Stephen can take it to those who prefer to stay in the pew. A third cup of juice should also be available so Stephen does not have to wait until everyone else is served.

BY-LAW discussion – Larry C. presented the Proposed Bylaw Changes. There was some discussion regarding congregational approval for those in a 4-way covenant. Richard made the suggestion that 4-way covenants be renewed annually. No agreement was reached.

BUDGET – We agreed to transfer funds from “pulpit substitutes” to “gifts”, within the Deacon’s budget.
