Patricia Woods is nearing her final steps towards Ordainment and Licensure. The Deacons will host Potluck on 11/20/11.

Discussed how T'Shala can foster awareness of the Santa Clara Conference within our church. Made plans for New Member Sunday. Started to plan Potluck in January to celebrate 20 years of Stephen's ministry at Skyland.

Mary Ellen made a summary of projects. We planned the year end luncheon. Decided where money we earned would be allocated.

Special Projects e.g. Global Strategies being considered. 25 new Giving Booklets to be printed. Each member to coordinate an event. Assistance for orphans in Tanzania to begin on Feb 10th.

Annual reports.Proposed bylaw changes presented for discussion and vote. Harvest Festival committee's assessment of last year, suggestions for change. Changes to Slate of officers for this year approved. Bylaw changes outlined, voted upon.

T’shala updated the Deacons. Church Duties were assigned. The option of getting another intern in Fall of ’08 was discussed, but not acted on. The annual report was outlined, and leaving members were thanked.
