Trustees Committee Mission Statement

This board shall consist of nine members elected by the membership for a three- year term. Each year three of the members, who have completed their term shall retire. Incumbents may serve two consecutive terms and are then ineligible for election to this office for one year.

This board shall perform, under the care and direction of the church, and except as otherwise provided, care and custody of the property of the church and have charge of its financial affairs, always subject to the laws of the state.

This board shall have no power to buy, mortgage, sell, lease or transfer church property without specific authority given by vote of the church.

Five members in attendance at a duly called meeting shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
